Cybersecurity for Lawyers: Ethical and Regulatory Issues in the Practice of Law (CLE Credit)
July 22, 2021
10:00 am - 11:00 am
In-house and outside counsel rely heavily on technology to enhance their efficiency and deliver accurate, timely information to clients. Lawyers also hold and create some of their clients’ most sensitive information, making that information very valuable to criminals. State bars and legislatures, as well as federal agencies and courts, are starting to recognize the increasing risks that many lawyers and law firms face and they are imposing additional regulatory and ethical obligations on lawyers. Join us July 22 at 10 AM Eastern when we will review some of the legal and ethical obligations lawyers face, and provide actionable tips on how to meet those obligations.
