Meeting Agenda Template
Policies, procedures, plans, and other documents need to be periodically (at least annually) reviewed to ensure they are still current. This is typically the policy owner’s responsibility. The fact that the document was reviewed should be recorded, even if the document didn’t need to be changed. Where the document needs changes, those changes typically must be approved by senior management. These approvals can occur in a meeting, and the template below helps you record the fact that the meeting occurred, the participants, etc. Documenting the reviews and approvals is critical for demonstrating process maturity.
